Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing & Business Development – Function
- Identify prospective, Corporate Leads, B2B Leads, maintain relationship with prospects, leads track progress and Generate Sales
- Design brand communication, marketing content, traditional as well as digital marketing strategy and implement it.
- Human Resource Officer — Learning & Development and Performance Mgmt. – Function
- Ensure learning & development and performance management of 100-member strong sales and non-sales team.
- Business Operation – Function
- Ensure all the different sections of a company play in harmony to achieve optimal performance

Selection Process
The selection process will be held in two stages
- Interview will be conducted in first stage.
- Written Assessment along with Practical Industry relevant Assignment/Project will be conducted in second stage
Salary:
Depending upon performance in selection process candidate’s salary will be between Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month
Quarterly Incentive:
Goals will be set for Management Officer. Officer will be eligible for maximum quarterly incentive of Rs 30,000/- upon achievement of predefined, mutually agreed goals
