Management Trainee – 20
Minimum Qualification/Experience:
- Completion of master’s degree with minimum of 65% or CGPA of 3.25 in the field of Business/Management/Economics.
- No Prior Experience is required.

Age Criteria:
- Age should not exceed 28 years (for male candidates) and 33 years (for female candidates) as on deadline date.
The Bank may not hire all the selected candidates at one go and may hire candidates as per the Banks requirement. Selected candidates may be hired gradually as per Bank’s need. The selection process will comprise a written examination followed by group discussion and interview.
The Bank reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever. The Bank retains the discretion to prioritize candidates with higher academic scores depending on the number of applications received. Accordingly, only shortlisted candidates shall be called for the next stages of the selection process.
