1. Branch Manager: Few 

Position: Supervisor – Officer Level

General Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in management & Economic. Masters’ Degree will be preferable, and age shall not exceed 40 years as on 26th March 2025.
• Should have minimum 5 year’s banking experience and should have knowledge of Credit Department or as Branch Manager and currently working at intermediate lower position at any BFIs.
• Should have good knowledge in current Provisions, Practice, Act, Rules & Regulations, NRB Directive.
• Priority shall be given to the local candidates having two wheeler’s Driving License.

2. IT Assistant: Few

Position: Assistant Level)

General Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (IT) / Computer Engineering / Electronic and Communication Engineering / Computer Applications / Computer Information System or equivalent from recognized university securing at least 50% marks or Minimum 2 GPA out of 4 and age shall not exceed 35 years as on 26th March 2025.
• Fresher’s can apply (Preference to be given to the persons having technical knowledge of IT systems like; Banking Software, Microsoft Windows Operation System, Linux Operation System, Microsoft SQL Server, Hardware & Networking and general programming (HTML/PHP/JAVA/PYTHON/.NET).
• Priority shall be given to the local candidates having two wheeler’s Driving License.
