Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company Limited invites applications to fill the vacant position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) through open competition. Interested and qualified Nepali citizens who meet the minimum educational qualifications and experience requirements are requested to apply within 21 days from the first publication of this notice (Mangsir 6, 2081) at the company’s office in Ramshahpath, Kathmandu, during office hours.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
1. Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Age:
(a) Candidates must meet the qualifications and age criteria as per Clause 4 of the selection procedure.
(b) Candidates must not fall under disqualifications mentioned in Clause 6 of the selection procedure.
2. Documents and Details Required with the Application:
(a) A detailed personal profile including educational qualifications, experience, and contact details (email, telephone, mobile number, home or office address).
(b) Copies of:
- Nepali Citizenship Certificate (self-attested).
- Educational qualifications, training, and experience certificates (self-attested).
(c) A Business Action Plan (not exceeding 5,000 words) in four copies.
(d) Application form as per Schedule 2 of the selection procedure.
3. Self-Certified Details:
Candidates must self-certify the details mentioned in Clause 6 of the procedure and Point 11 of the application form.
4. Remuneration and Benefits:
The company’s board of directors will determine the CEO’s job responsibilities, monthly salary, and additional benefits.
5. Business Action Plan and Selection Process:
The Business Action Plan’s topics, selection criteria, and process are detailed in the “CEO Selection and Recommendation Procedure, 2081,” available on the company’s website.
6. Submission Process:
Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Business Action Plan for the CEO position at Rastriya Jeevan Bima Company Limited.”
7. Application Fee:
Candidates must deposit NPR 5,000 in the following account:
