Analyze and plan restaurant Sales levels and Profitability c. Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts and prepare & supervise shifts d. Respond efficiently to customer queries and complaints e. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety f. Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash g. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction h. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors i. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products j.
