Sarbodaya Development Campaign Nepal (Sarbodaya Nepal) is a women-led non-governmental organization registered in Jumla district in 2062 BS and active in the field of community development for the establishment of an equitable, healthy and self-reliant society.
The organization is operating various programs in the then Mid-Western Development Region and currently in Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province in collaboration with national and international donor agencies and partner organizations on the topics of women empowerment, protection and promotion of women’s additional rights, protection of the environment and biodiversity, education, agriculture and nutrition, and health, hygiene and livelihood.
In this context, the organization has launched Hamro Sahas Project in partnership with UN Women and Sarbodaya Nepal Jumla to empower women, adolescents and children and marginalized and backward communities on economic, social and gender issues and to empower women. The main objective of this project is to empower women, promote gender equality and reduce socially harmful practices in Kanakasundari, Sinja and Hima rural municipalities of Jumla district and Jagadulla rural municipality of Dolpa district and to build a prosperous society through social awareness and income generation.
In this context, since the posts have to be filled as per the details mentioned for the above-mentioned project, this notice is inviting interested Nepali citizens who have met the minimum required qualifications to submit their applications in the prescribed manner within 7 days from the date of publication of the notice.

- Position: Project Management Coordinator/District Lead
- Number of Posts: 1 (One)
- Educational Qualifications and Work Experience: Postgraduate degree in Sociology or Rural Development from a recognized educational institution with at least 2 years of work experience in the field of women’s empowerment and gender equality and behavior change communication or bachelor’s degree in the mentioned subject with at least 5 years of work experience in the mentioned field.

- Position: Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation Officer
- Number of Posts: 1 (one) person
- Educational Qualifications and Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Rural Development/Knowledge Management/Population/Development Studies/Research/Social Sciences from a recognized educational institution and at least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field. Also, experience in collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and implementing empowerment-related programs.

- Age: 18 years and not exceeding 30 years
- Work Area: Sinja, Kanakashundari and Jagdulla Rural Municipality, Dolpa
- Educational Qualifications and Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the field of social mobilization after passing +2/Certificate level from a recognized educational institution or at least 1 year of experience in the field of social mobilization after passing ANM/CMA level from a recognized educational institution. Also, experience in women empowerment and community mobilization, gender equality and social inclusion.
