- Business Development Director (BDD) -1 Position
Fixed-Term Employment for two years from the date of employment based in Country Office
The Business Development Director is responsible to create long-term value for Plan International Nepal from both existing and new funding sources and relationships through both institutions and corporate partnerships. The position will lead in development of long-term financial growth strategy to ensure Plan Nepal’s financial sustainability and ensure Plan International Nepal has a balanced portfolio of suitable, medium and large grants and pipeline of future funding.
- Technical Advisor-Gender and Social Inclusion (TAGSI) -1 Position
Fixed-Term Employment for two years from the date of employment based in Country Office
The Technical Advisor will provide technical expertise in developing and delivering Plan International Nepal’s strategy on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI). The primary scope of the Technical Advisor- GESI will facilitate Plan International Nepal in enhancing the implementation of Plan International (both Global and national) GESI/GEISA action plan through:
- Socialisation of strategies/action plans/guidelines within Plan international Nepal and its partners.
- Provide strategic oversight during design and implementation of the programmes.
- Institutionalize the learnings/knowledge generated in close coordination with Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning team.
- GESI as a non-negotiable initiative of Plan International Nepal must be mainstreamed in all our Area of Global Distinctiveness (AOGDs) during design and implementation through capacity building of Plan International Nepal’s staffs and its partners.
