For the 15-bed city hospital operating in Ishworpur Municipality Ward No. 6 and related health institutions, the following positions have to be taken for 6 months as per the detailed manpower under the service contract; Subject to the following conditions, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, this notice has been published to submit the application form to the Ishwarpur City Executive Office (Health Branch) for the specified related services and groups within 15 days from the date of publication.

2) Application Fee: For 4th / 5th level Rs. 400.- (four hundred only), for the eighth level post: Rs.1000.- (one thousand) should be deposited in the revenue branch of Ishwarpur Municipality and the complete receipt of cash receipt should be submitted along with the application form.
3) Age: 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.
4) Last date for submission of application: 26th Shrawan 2079 (within office hours)
