What are we looking for?
- Work closely with the key stakeholders in major Key Accounts to deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience for our brands in the Modern Trade channel and to identify opportunity to generate multiple consumer touch points.
- Understand the brand ambitions to be achieved in the channel and develop category/brand thumb-print for all major Modern Trade key account stores.
- Recruit, train, develop sales and merchandising team, design ways of working effectively in the market, develop route plans for the MT sales team and drive effectively the team to achieve the MT objectives.
- Deploy the POSM assets in the stores in line with the brand objectives and ensure proper tracking of store inventory to avoid OOS and ES in the stores.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience in Modern Trade channel management, hands-on experience in merchandising management in MT with in-depth knowledge and understanding of Modern Trade (MT) distribution channel Nepal.
