MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Determine each customer’s needs and requirements related to the internet packages.
- Answering Questions and Addressing Complaints
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate pass or Bachelors Running.
- At least 6 months experience in related fields.
- Two-wheeler driving license is more preferable.
