Aashutosh Infra Engineering Vacancy Notice 2081 for Engineers and Officer | Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Accounts/Finance Officer | Kathmandu, Eastern Region, Western Region

Aashutosh Infra Engineering is one of the pioneer EPC contractors with specialization in Electrical Transmission and Distribution and Hydropower Development in Nepal. With 10 years of rigorous history behind us, we are vying to scale even greater heights with a good fleet of bright people in our team.

We are looking for qualified individuals with the following attributes.

Civil Engineer – Kathmandu

• Must be a professional team player, honest, congenial and able to handle confidential information.
• Design, plan, and oversee civil engineering projects.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements and challenges.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and government regulations.
• Proficient in engineering/design software, especially AutoCAD.
• Well experienced in Tender Preparation and Project Management and able to lead from the front in coordinating a multidisciplinary team of Laborers, Contractors, Consultants & Stakeholders.
• Willing to travel as per project requirements. Must hold a two-wheeler license.

Officer – Accounts/Finance – Kathmandu 

• Must be a professional team player, honest, congenial and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient knowledge of Income tax, VAT and withholding taxes applicable in Nepal. Accounting Software proficiency is mandatory.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoices, accounts payables, receivables, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support audits and assist in tax preparation.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Electrical Engineer – Eastern Region, Western Region

• Must be a professional team player, honest, congenial and able to handle confidential information.
• Capable of handling on-site duties ensuring strict adherence to the design specifications, contractual regulations, guidelines and quality standards with technical support and troubleshooting before, during and after project implementation.
• Well experienced in Tender Preparation and Project Management and able to lead from the front in coordinating a multidisciplinary team of Laborers, Contractors, Consultants & Stakeholders.
• Willing to travel as per project requirements. Must hold a two-wheeler license.
