2. Minimum Educational Qualification: Must have passed minimum SEE or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution. Special preference will be given to candidates who have passed ten plus two / graduation.

3. Additional Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who are computer literate and have obtained a motorcycle driving license.

4. Area of ​​Training: Training will be given to the target class and the designated place to do group formation, saving/loan mobilization, all documentation of microfinance transactions and other tasks.

5. Type of Exam: There will be field concept and interview.

6. Age: 18 years to 34 years (should not exceed 39 years in case of female) on the last date of application.
