Post: Program Coordinator
- Required Number: 1
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in public health or nursing or bachelor’s degree in other services and working in health and nutrition for at least 3 years.
- Experience and Competence:
- Having at least three years of work experience related to health and nutrition, having knowledge of DHIS-2 and government health flow, having group management skills capable of facilitating, coordinating and analyzing and able to speak Nepali and English well and write on computer.
Post: Accounts and Administration Officer
- Required Number: 1
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduated in Accounting and Management
- Experience and Competence:
- Having passed at least 3 years of work experience related to accounting and administration, having worked on the projects of Helen Keller International and IDE within the district where the project is working, having knowledge of FAMAS software related to accounting.
Post: Data Management Officer
- Required Number: 1
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduated from public health or graduate level.
- Experience and Competence:
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of monitoring evaluation and documentation, able to use computer well and have excellent proficiency in DHIS-II, Word, Excel, able to prepare reports in Nepali and English.
Post: Agriculture and Nutrition Officer
- Required Number: 1
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduated in agriculture, public health or nutrition.
- Experience and Competence:
- At least 3 years of experience in agriculture and public health at the community level, computer skills and proficient in Word Excel, able to prepare reports in Nepali and English.
Post: Field Program Supervisor- Agriculture and Nutrition
- Required Number: 3
- Educational Qualification:
- JT or JTA (minimum 2 years’ experience) or Health Assistant or Proficiency Certificate level with experience in agriculture and nutrition.
- Experience and Competence:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of agriculture and nutrition at the community level.
Post: Field Program Supervisor-WASH Supervisor
- Required Number: 2
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Proficiency Certificate Level (at least 3 years of experience in BASH field).
- Experience and Competence:
- At least 3 years working experience in the field of nutrition, health and especially sanitation.
Position: Community Administrator
- Number required: 27 people
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate level or Proficiency Certificate level (at least 3 years working experience in nutrition field or having HA/Staff Nurse background or having passed Proficiency Certificate level as ANM/AHW.
- Experience and Competence:
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of nutrition, health, sanitation and community mobilization
Additional information and documents to be submitted:
- In the case of community administrator, there is a requirement of 2 people for each municipality and the applicant should clearly disclose in the application which municipality he will work for.
- Required documents to be submitted:
- Certificate of Nepalese citizenship, application and personal details biodata.
- Special preference will be given to local candidates who have previously had more than 2 years of experience in nutrition related programs in this institution.
- Preference will be given to those who have studied health and agriculture and have experience in community mobilization and supervision for the above-mentioned field supervisor and community administrator positions.
- Type of Examination: Written and Interview (Only shortlisted candidates will be allowed to participate in the examination.
- Note: Special priority will be given to Dalits, tribals, women and locals.
