1. Head, Human Resources Department-1
Position: Negotiable (Based on Competency & Experience)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in management/ Economics or Equivalent Degree from recognized University, Preference shall be given to candidates having MBA with specialization in Human Resources Management.
Experience: Minimum one year of relevant experience in a responsible position.
2. Branch Manager (Kathmandu Valley/Butwal) – Few
Position: Negotiable (Based on Competency & Experience)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or Equivalent Degree from recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking sector, Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Credit, Business Development and Branch Management.
3. Credit Officer (Butwal) – 1
Position: Negotiable (Based on Competency & Experience)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or Equivalent Degree from recognized University.
Experience: At least 2 years’ of banking experience in credit/ credit risk management/ credit analysis.
