Best Finance Company Limited, a leading “C” class National Level Finance Company invites applications from self-motivated, skilled, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepalese individuals who have a passion to excel in the banking sector for the following positions:
1. Deputy Head- Compliance, AML/CFT Department -Assistant Manager (1)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Compliance in overseeing and managing the AML/CFT, Compliance Department’s operations to develop and implement robust compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and Industry best practices.
Qualification & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is
- Experience in AML/CFT. compliance is preferable.
2. Semi-Qualified CA/ Qualified ACCA- up to officer level (2)
Qualification & Experience:
- Semi Qualified CA from ICAN/ ICAI & Completion of 3 years of articleship.
3. Account and Finance Department staff – up to supervisor level (2)
Qualification & Experience: Bachelors/Masters
- Preference will be given to candidates who have attended the CAP II examination OR candidates having experience in the Account & Finance Department of a Bank & Financial Institution.
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
The candidates are expected to have a smart personality, pleasant and cheerful nature with excellent interpersonal skills, leadership ability and positive attitude.
