- Candidates applying for the post of City Police Constable (Uncategorized) / Fireman Constable (Uncategorized) should have the following qualifications. Candidate should
- be a Nepali citizen,
- Completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 30 years of age,
- Evidence of not having been convicted of a criminal charge of moral turpitude must be submitted,
- Not being a member of any subversive organization,
- A health certificate from an approved physician must be submitted.
- Eyes not weaker than minus 1 or plus 1,
- The chest should be at least 30 inches when inflated and 32 when inflated.
- Not having been a member of any political party for 2 years prior to appointment,
- Height should be at least 5 feet for women and 5 feet 2 inches for men.
