Call for proposals

1. Health Services Department, Management Division and Central Store, Pathalaiya require the following services for a period of 1 year from the date of contract.

• Security Guard No. S.S.V. A total of 10 people (including 1 commander) are required including 7 people for Teku and 3 people for Pathalaiya.
• The service period is 1 year from the date of initial contract (initial service period till end of June). and the remaining period may be extended) (one year may be extended if service is satisfactory).

2. The proposal form can be downloaded from the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and further information in this regard can be obtained from the Department of Health Services, Management Division Teku during office hours.
3. The document related to the proposal can be downloaded from Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and Rs. 3,000/- Dastur National Commercial Bank, Teku Branch Revenue Account No. 14229, Office Code No. 370-013-501, account no. 100010020010000 and bank voucher can be attached and tender documents submitted.
4. The procurement proposal document should be registered in this office through Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 noon on 2080/6/15.
5. The validity period of the offer should be 90 days from the date of opening of the offer and the offer should be accompanied by a minimum of Rs. 61,000.- For a guarantee equal to or equal to the cash guarantee, the guarantee issued in favor of this office by any licensed financial institution of Nepal shall be submitted to this office after expiry of at least 120 days (up to 2080/10/15). ) from the date of opening of the offer.
6. Registered proposals will be opened at this office on 15th June 2080 at 1:00 PM in the presence of the proposer or his representative and representatives of the office. Even if the proposer or his representative is not present, the opening of the proposal will not be hindered.
7. If the last day of procuring, filing and opening of proposals falls on a public holiday, the same will be closed on the next office opening day.
8. After the proposal is accepted, a performance bond (Performance Bond) will be issued in its favor
   According to sub-rule 110 of Public Procurement Regulations 2064, the validity of at least 12 months must be submitted to the office of Nepal Commercial Bank.
9. A proposal form purchased in the name of one firm cannot be filed in the name of another person or form.
