Campaign Nepal is a non-political, secular and non-profit making organisation established in 2008 with its head office in the Rautahat district of Nepal. The organisation engaged in community development and humanitarian assistance sectors with the thematic area of WASH, Health, and Education promotion in the Terai region of Nepal. It works for the poor, vulnerable, marginalised, socially excluded communities, and institutions (Including children, women, youth, schools and health centres also) with the support of different funding agencies for meet encourage social and economic development and uphold the well-being and human rights of them.

अनुसन्धान र विकासका निम्ति अभियान नेपाल सन् २००८ मा स्थापना भएको एक गैरराजनीतिक, धर्मनिरपेक्ष र गैर नाफामुखी संस्था हो, जसको मुख्य कार्यालय रौतहट जिल्लामा रहेकोछ । यस संस्थाले नेपालको तराई क्षेत्रमा स्वास्थ्य, खानेपानी तथा सरसफाइ, शिक्षा र जीविकोपार्जन प्रवर्द्धन लगायतको विषयगत क्षेत्रका साथ सामुदायिक विकास र मानवीय सहायता क्षेत्रमा संलग्न रही कार्यक्रमहरु संचालन गरिरहेका छन । यसले गरिब, जोखिममा परेका, सीमान्तकृत, सामाजिक रूपमा बहिष्कृत समुदाय र संस्थाहरु (बालबालिका, महिला, युवा, विद्यालय र स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रहरू समेत) का लागि विभिन्न दातृ निकायहरुको सहयोगमा सामाजिक र आर्थिक विकासलाई प्रोत्साहित गर्न र उनीहरुको अधिकार, मानव कल्याण र हितलाई कायम राख्न काम गर्दछ ।
USAID Adolescent Reproductive Health परियोजना CARE NEPAL को नेतृत्वमा Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON), Howard Delafield International (HDI), Jhpiego, and Nepal CRS Company संगको सयुक्त साझेदारीमा अभियान नेपालद्वारा १० देखि १९ बर्षका सिमान्तकृत समुदाय लगायतका किशोर किशारीहरुलाई यौन तथा प्रजनन् स्वास्थ्य अधिकार हासिल गर्न सक्षम बनाउन सशक्तीकरण गराउने एक पहल हो । यस परियोजनाको मुख्य उद्देश्य भनेको किशोर किशारीहरुलाई प्रजनन् स्वास्थ्यको बारेमा सहि र उमेर तथा लिंग अनुसार उपयुक्त जानकारी दिएको यकिन गर्ने, प्रजनन् स्वास्थ्यको बारेमा उपयुक्त निर्णय लिने सिपको लागि मार्गदर्शन गर्ने, प्रजनन् स्वाथ्यको बारेमा स्वस्थ्य निर्णय लिनको लागि समाजमा उपयुक्त वातावरण तयार गर्ने र ती निर्णयहरुलाई स्वस्थकर व्यबहारमा रुपान्तरण गर्दै उनीहरुको पुर्ण क्षमताको बिकास गर्नु रहेको छ ।
यसै अनुरुप अभियान नेपालले केयर नेपालसंगको साझेदारीमा रौतहट जिल्लाका आठ वाटा पालिकाहरु कटहरिया, गुजरा, गरुडा, देवाही गोनाही, बृन्दावन, माधव नरायण, गढिमाई र फतुवा विजयपुर पालिकामा USAID Adolescent Reproductive Health परियोजना संचालन भईरहेको छ । यस कार्यक्रमका लागि तपसिलमा उल्लेखित कर्मचारीको पदपुर्ति गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले तोकिएको मापदण्ड र १८ बर्ष पुगेका नेपाली नागरिकहरुले आवेदन पेश गर्नुहुन आह्वान गरिन्छ ।

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Passed Proficiency Certificate level or 10 plus two in management or economics from a recognized educational institution and at least 2 years of work experience in administration and accounting in non-governmental organizations and development partner organizations. Priority will be given to those who have.
