As we expand into the digital market and aim to promote our diverse range of medical and equipment products, consumables, and dental services to a wider online audience in Nepal, we’re seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. We are currently offering opportunities for Online Customer Support Executives (Dental Hygiene) and Sales & Marketing Executives/Officers/Managers.
Position: Online Customer Support Executives (Dental Hygiene)
- Required No: 10 Positions
- Location: Gairidhara, Kathmandu Office
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day promotions and customer support through E-Commerce/Digital Marketing platforms for dental products.
- Execute strategic business development, client base generation, and client relationship maintenance.
- Assist in content creation, online payment management, and online control mechanisms.
- Promote medicines, equipment, accessories, and consumable items related to dentistry on online platforms.
- Provide complete online business solutions to clients, handle grievances, and resolve issues.
- Contribute to digital and email marketing campaigns, website banners, and social content development.
- Handle logistics, supervise Sales & Marketing team, and oversee digital order processing.
- Prepare and analyze sales and service reports.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Dental Hygienic Course
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of digital customer support services in Nepal, preferably in the medicines and medical equipment sector.
Sales & Marketing Executives/Officers/Managers
- Required No: 20 Positions
- Location: Gairidhara, Kathmandu, and other locations including Surkhet, Dhanagadhi, Nepalgunj, Biratnagar, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell various dental products to a wide range of healthcare institutions across Nepal.
- Assess client requirements, follow up for payments, and handle grievances.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Assist in tender processes and other business development activities.
- Conduct client visits and meetings to address and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor/Masters Degree in Dentistry or BBA/MBA
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of dental products and accessories.
