Central Finance Limited Vacancies 2080 for Various Department

Vacancy Post:

Central Finance Limited, a well-established national-level class “C” finance company licensed by NRB, is seeking self-motivated and result-oriented Nepalese citizens for various positions at its Head Office and Branches. With over 26 years of successful operation, Central Finance Limited invites applications for the following positions:

1. Branch In-charge (up to Officer Level)

Work Stations: Kathmandu Valley, Simara, Chandrapur, Butwal, Bardaghat

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in a relevant subject.
• Mandatory work experience in BFIs (Bank and Financial Institutions).
• Ability to assess credit appraisals, evaluate risks, and make lending decisions.
• Strong judgment, sound business sense, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Leadership and team motivation skills.
• Achievement-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Confidence and assertiveness.
• Age not exceeding 35 years.

2. Credit Risk Department (Up to Officer Level)

Work Stations: Head Office

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in a relevant subject.
• Mandatory work experience in BFIs.
• Expertise in credit analysis, risk assessment, and lending decisions.
• Proficiency in credit risk projection.
• Target-driven mindset.
• Willingness to learn credit processes and analysis.
• Age not exceeding 40 years.

3. Credit Department (Assistant Level)

Work Stations: Kathmandu Valley, Sindhuli, Lalbandi

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Preferred work experience in BFIs.
• Ability to evaluate credit analysis, assess risks, and make lending decisions.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn credit processes and analysis.
• Age not exceeding 30 years.

4. Operation Department (Assistant Level)

Work Stations: Bhaktapur, Lalbandi

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Proficiency in computer operations.
• Preferred work experience in BFIs.
• Age not exceeding 30 years.

5. IT Department (Assistant Level)

Work Stations: Head Office

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from a recognized university (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CBS (PUMORI) (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL Language.
• Experience in NRB Licensed BFI (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English/Nepali.
• Excellent marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of office applications.
