A : BRANCH IN-CHARGE (OFFICER LEVEL )
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subject, but master degree is preferred,
- Experience in Bank and Financial Institutions is mandatory,
- Ability to assess risk, check credit histories and make decisions on lending,
- Ability to motivate & lead a team,
- Have a confident & assertive manner,
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines,
- Ability to develop & meet targets.
B : CREDI DEPARTMENT ( OFFICER TO ASSISTANT LEVEL )
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subject,
- Experience in Bank and Financial Institutions is mandatory,
- Ability to assess risk, check credit histories and make decisions on lending,
- Age should not be exceeding 30 years.
C : OPERATION DEPARTMENT ( OFFICER TO ASSISTANT LEVEL)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant subject,
- Requirement of proficiency in computer operation,
- Experience in Bank and Financial Institutions is mandatory,
- Age should not be exceeding 30 years.
D : IT DEPARTMENT ( SUPERVISOR TO ASSISTANT LEVEL )
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT
- Experience with MS QXL databases,
- Experience in Bank and Financial Institutions is preferred,
- Age should not be exceeding 30 years.
E : LEGAL DEPARTMEN ( OFFICER TO ASSISTANT LEVEL )
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law
- Experience in Bank and Financial Institutions is preferred,
- Age should not be exceeding 40 years.
Candidates are expected to be patient in both written & spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication, interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge.
