Career Opportunities at Central Finance Limited for Officer and Assistant Level Positions: Central Finance Limited, a national level class “C” financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, having its Head Office at Kupondole, Lalitpur which has been in operation for over 26 years invites applications from self-motivated & result oriented Nepalese citizens for the following positions at its Head Office and Branches.

Branch In-charge (Assistant – Officer Level)

Work Stations: Inside & outside Kathmandu Valley

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in a relevant subject,
• Work experience in a financial institution is preferred,
• Proficiency in computer operation required,
• Ability to check credit histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
• Have good judgment, sound business sense a high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail,
• Ability to lead and motivate a team,
• Ability to achieve given targets,
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines,
• Have a confident and assertive manner,
• Age not exceeding 35 years.

Credit Department (Assistant – Officer Level)

Work Stations: Inside & outside Kathmandu valley

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject,
• Work experience in financial institution is preferred,
• Proficiency in computer operation required,
• Ability to check credit analysis & histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
• Ability to achieve given targets,
• Ability to learn credit processes and analysis,
• Age not exceeding 30 years.

Operation Department (Assistant Level)

Work Stations: Inside & outside Kathmandu valley

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject,
• Proficiency in computer operation required,
• Work experience in financial institution is preferred,
• Age not exceeding 30 years.

Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge of office applications.
