- Position: Chief Executive Officer

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Finance, Commerce, or Public Administration (MPA) from a recognized institution.
- A certified 10-year tenure with a government or any registered organization (national/international).
- Age Limit: 35 to 55 years as of the last date of application submission.
- Job Tenure: 4 years
- Salary and Benefits: As determined by the company’s board of directors under section 14 of 2080.
Key Responsibilities: The CEO’s responsibilities will align with the company’s current rules, laws, and descriptions approved by the board.
Selection Process:
Shortlisting:
- Candidates meeting at least 40% of the criteria will be shortlisted.
- The top seven candidates, based on marks, will be selected alphabetically.
Final Appointment:
- Three candidates will be selected based on merit, including marks in prepared papers, presentation, and interviews.
- The board of directors will make the final appointment based on interviews, skill tests, and other relevant metrics.
Application Procedure:
- Obtain the application form from the company’s website.
- Submit the application with educational qualifications, relevant experience documents, personal details, and working papers in three separate sealed envelopes.
- Working papers should contain plans and ideas related to KUKL’s operation, challenges, opportunities, legal provisions, organizational structure, asset management, leakage control, and more.
- The working paper must not exceed 7,000 words and should be in both English and Nepali on A4 size paper. The author’s name and subject should be mentioned only on the cover page.
