We are currently seeking to expand our team with enthusiastic, dedicated individuals for the following positions:

1. Job Post: Junior Assistant

• Required Number: 1
• Level: 3rd Level
• Minimum Education: SLC or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Desired Skills: Basic computer literacy
• Age: 16 – 35 years
• Eligibility: Candidates with higher education and 2-wheeler driving license are preferred
• Key Responsibilities: Member liaison, market management support, microfinance programs facilitation, and other tasks as assigned
• Work Location: Shubhtara Service Centre, Khumaltar Lalitpur
• Selection Process: Written test, practical examination, and interview
• Benefits: As per organization’s policy

2. Jobs Post: Management Trainee

• Required Number: 2
• Level: 2nd Level
• Minimum Education: SLC or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Desired Skills: Basic computer literacy
• Age: 16 – 30 years
• Eligibility: Candidates with higher education and 2-wheeler driving license are preferred
• Main Responsibilities: Member contact and microfinance group operations
• Work Locations: One position at the head office, one at Shubhatara service center
• Selection Process: Interview and practical test
• Benefits: As per organization’s policy
