Job Post: Marketing Officer – BTL

What are we looking for?
- Coordinate for Sponsorship & events whenever required and help related unit teams to come up with innovative and quality activation for brands.
- Coordinate with central procurement to ensure that a proper BTL audit is done every quarter and review the vendors to ensure best quality for defined rates, and to ensure uniformity and consistency as per the corporate guidelines set by the group.
- Coordination and co-working with corporate communication team in fulfilling their requirements of BTL events.
- Compile BTL report and Visibility Industry Report of all verticals along with competition analysis, as well as ensure Quarterly Agency Audit is done and necessary actions and guidelines are provided in coordination with unit Marketing Heads.

- The chief financial officer (CFOs) is responsible for tracking cash flow and financial planning and analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weakness and proposing strategic directions along with finance talent, creation of new business models, responding to external stakeholders, corporate finance and capital investment.
- To lead and manager the Accounts and Finance of the hydro unit to ensure compliance to system and ensuring work is up to date, preparing financial statements, business plans, forecasting and budgets for management.
- Regularly undertaking audits, involving the examination of the organization’s accounts, analyzing risk, inspecting the organization’s current practices, investigating any financial irregularities and recommending improvements.
- Liaising with banks for reconciliation, interest revision, negotiating terms, documentation and any other required work & Oversee the company’s fiscal activity liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure prudent accounting.
- MBA Finance or Qualified CA with minimum 15 years of experience in related field with ability to help teams understand performance data, identify opportunities and scale the overall business.
