1. Job Post: Regional Sales Manager – Cement
Location: Hetauda, Narayanghat, Butwal
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor/Master degree with at least 10 years of experience in sales and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the Cement sector along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities (Chaudhary Group Vacancy)
- Lead a team of area sales managers; develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue target.
- Ensure the collection is within the credit period and all outstanding is secured.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Master’s degree (MBA) in marketing with minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG sector as Brand Manager, able to travel to market across country as per need, must have ability to conduct business analytics, interact with agencies and vendors, execute strategies for ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing, and have knowledge of mainstream media, social media in terms of reach, costs etc.
