Major Roles and Responsibilities
| Lead and manage the branch office to achieve sales |
| targets and given assignments. |
| Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Agents and customer base. |
| Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to enhance their knowledge & skills. |
| Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to communicate sales targets, product updates, and best practices. |
| Monitor sales activities, track key performance metrics, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. |
| Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing the insurance industry. |
Essential Qualification & Skills
| Bachelor’s Degree in any Faculty |
| Few years of experience in related field. |
| Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point |
| Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills |
