Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- For Deputy Inspector and Sub-Inspector: Certificate level or equivalent education from a recognized institution or retired Assistant Inspector or above from Nepal Police.
- For City Police Constable: SEE from a recognized institution or service in Nepal Army, Nepal Police or Armed Police.
- Citizenship: Must be a Nepali citizen.
- Criminal Record: Must not have been convicted of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude.
- Physical Standards:
- Men should be at least 5 feet tall, chest 31-33 inches, and weigh at least 50 kg.
- Women should be at least 4 feet 10 inches tall and weigh at least 42 kg.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will undergo a Preliminary Health Test / Physical Fitness Test, Comprehensive Health Test Examination, Written Test, and Interview. The exam date will be published later.
