CRDS Nepal Vacancy 2081 for Project Coordinator, Technical Associate, Education Motivator

CRDS Nepal, a non-government, not-for-profit social development organization established in 1992 in Darchula District, is dedicated to improving the quality of life for families, with a special focus on women, children, and the poor people in rural areas. As one of the fastest-growing NGOs in Nepal, we emphasize an integrated approach to development through diverse programs across various geographical areas.

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Project Coordinator, Technical Associate and Education Motivator to support the implementation of the Early Grade Reading under the School Meal Program in partnership with WEI in Nepal. This initiative aims to enhance local governments’ capacities and policies to manage, improve, and sustain quality education in Darchula District.

Project Coordinator -1

Key competencies and qualifications:

• Nepali Citizen.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in education, Sociology, Rural Development, Development Studies, Water resources management, social work preferably master’s degree in relevant subjects
• Fluent in English & Nepali languages written and spoken.
• Having 3-year relevant experience in the Education Related Project.
• Familiar with windows-based word, power point, excel, Office Package, publishing etc;
• Familiar with busy working environment, handling with pressure of works and meet the deadlines; and
• Good in communication with people from diverse communities and countries Good Knowledge in database

Technical Associate -8

Key competencies and qualification:

• Nepali Citizen.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in education, Sociology, Rural Development, Development Studies, Water resources management, social work preferably master’s degree in relevant subjects
• Fluent in English & Nepali languages written and spoken.
• Having 2-year relevant experience in the Education Related Project.
• Familiar with windows based word, power point, excel, Office Package, publishing etc;
• Familiar with busy working environment, handling with pressure of works and meet the deadlines, and good in communication with people from diverse communities and countries
• Good Knowledge in database

Education Motivator -4

Key competencies and qualification:

• Nepali Citizen;
• At least 10+2 passed with major Nepali and/or Education
• Fluent in English & Nepali languages written and spoken;
• Having 2-year relevant experience in the Education Related Project.
• Good Knowledge for Community Mobilization
• Familiar with busy working environment, handling with pressure of works and meet the deadlines.
• Good in communication with people from diverse communities.

DURATION: The probation period will be for 3 months, with the option to extend based on the satisfactory performance.
