Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal Vacancy Notice 2081 for Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF)/ Entrepreneurship Mobilizer, JTA – Agriculture, JTA – Veterinary

Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN), Mahottari with the partnership of Islamic Relief Nepal has been implementing “Scaling – Up Extreme Poverty Graduation & Climate Change Resilience in Disaster Vulnerable Communitie’s in Asia” Project in Balawa Municipality of Mahottari District from May, 2024. DSWCN, Mahottari hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese and local citizens for the following positions:
1. Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF)/ Entrepreneurship Mobilizer – 1 (One)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to small business beneficiaries.
- Assist in development of business plans, marketing strategies, and financial management practices.
- Track the progress of supported enterprises and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Maintain accurate record of daily activities and submit to line manager on periodic basis.
Qualification: Completed level 2 or 3 skill test on entrepreneurship facilitation from National Skill Testing Board (NSTB) under Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) or 18-month certified Entrepreneurship Development Facilitator (EDF) related Technical SLC (T-SLC) course from CTEVT or individual completing 10+2 degree with work experience in micro enterprise development project and IGA related works.
Duty Station: Balawa Municipality of Mahottari District.

2. JTA – Agriculture – 1 (One)
This position is responsible to provide technical support to rights-holders supported with agricultural inputs at the community level.
Qualification: Minimum technical SLC in Agriculture with at least one year of experience, or 10+2/Diploma in agriculture.
Duty Station: Balawa Municipality of Mahottari District.

3. JTA – Veterinary – 1 (One)
This position is responsible to provide on-site technical supervision, guidance and support to the rights-holders supported with livestock components.
Qualification: Minimum of SLC pass with a completed JTA course in Veterinary or Animal Science with at least one year of experience in livestock development projects, or 10+2/diploma in veterinary.
Duty Station: Balawa Municipality of Mahottari District.
