Job Description

  • Design and update the employee database and maintain data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Manage the attendance system by uploading, updating and retrieving employees’ data as and when required with accuracy as well as administer and monitor the leaves of employees.
  • Provide all necessary inputs for processing monthly Payroll of the company (Full time & Outsourced) by calculating actual leave balances, leave deduction, incentives, etc.
  • Coordinate with outsourcing agencies for payroll data submission and validation of outsourced employees.
  • Administer employees’ benefits including medical and accidental insurances.
  • Track and manage probationary period of employees.
  • Prepare HR monthly reports including Hiring Metric Reports, Employee Turnover report, Leave quota report, and others as required.
  • Prepare various HR Letters as per the request of the employees

Requirements

  • Previous working experience in HR department preferably as a HR Officer for 1 year
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or similar relevant field.
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS-Office would be preferred
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills
