Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited: Licensed to conduct “D” class financial transactions from Nepal Rastra Bank, currently providing microfinance services in 73 districts through 156 branches in this national level financial institution, willing and experienced Nepali citizens who are willing to work in rural areas and have the following qualifications within the date of Kartik 5th, 2081. 2. Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum S.E.E. from a recognized educational institution / board. or must have passed a similar examination. If there is a certificate of educational qualification passed from an educational institution outside Nepal, the Equivalence Certificate must also be submitted. Preference will be given to the candidates who have passed with ten plus two or more.
3. Experience: Must have at least 6 months of working experience related to microfinance operations in a microfinance institution on the last date of application. Preference will be given to candidates who have computer skills and have obtained a motorcycle driving license.
4. Type of Exam: There will be written and interview.
5. Age: Must be 18 years old and not more than 35 years old (not more than 40 years old in case of women) on the last date of submission of application.
6. Selection list: A selection list will be prepared based on the criteria determined by the institution from among the applications received immediately. Only the shortlisted applicants will be allowed to take part in the written examination.
The date, place and time of the written examination will be published on the website of the institution.
7. Fee: At the time of joining the written examination Rs. 300/- should be submitted as examination fee.
8. Only those candidates who have passed the written test will be invited to the interview.
9. Only candidates who are recommended on the basis of merit from the interview test will be appointed as junior program assistants on probationary basis.
