3. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed Proficiency Certificate/Ten Jod Two in case of Program Assistant and post graduate in case of Assistant Officer. If there is a certificate of educational qualification passed from an educational institution outside Nepal, the Equivalence Certificate must also be submitted.
4. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in microfinance financial institutions, have a motorcycle driver’s license and have computer skills.
5. The type of examination will be written and interview.
6. On the last date of application, the age limit should be between 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for program assistants and between 21 years and not exceeding 35 years for female assistants (not exceeding 40 years for women).
7. There is no age limit for existing employees of this financial institution.
8. A selection list will be prepared from among the applications received in advance according to the needs of the organization. Only the shortlisted applicants will be allowed to participate in the written examination after receiving the examination fee. Date, place and time of written examination will be informed by phone or website of the institution.
9. Only those candidates who qualify the written test will be invited to the interview.
10. Candidates who are recommended on the basis of merit from the interview test will be recommended for appointment to the designated post during the trial period.
11. Candidates who are appointed during the trial period will have to go and work in the office designated by the financial institution.
12. Assistant Officer Rs. 700/- and Program Assistant Rs. 400/- examination fee will be charged.
13. Salary and other facilities will be according to the rules of the institution.
14. The recruitment committee of the financial institution reserves the right to reject the received application forms with or without giving any reason.
