| To Apply | The Embassy of Nepal is seeking applications for the following vacant positions to be fulfilled on contract basis (extendable). All interested individuals are requested to send their application at apply@nepalembassyusa.org no later than May 22, 2024. |
Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
| Handle telephone inquiries. |
| Facilitate visitors coming to the Embassy for various consular services. |
| Handle incoming and outgoing mails and parcels. |
| Process consular applications as assigned by the Embassy. |
| Perform other tasks related to the Embassy, including conducting research activities on topics assigned by the Embassy. |
Skills and Qualification:
| High School Diploma |
| Preferably two years of work experience |
| Have a good public relations skills |
| Fluent in English language. (Nepali language will be an advantage) |
| Basic IT skills, including MS Office |
| Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously |
| Strong interest and willingness to share knowledge with- and learn from- colleagues |
