Management Trainee – Remit to Wallet in Business Development and Sales department will work to achieve growth in volume in Wallet segment and will be directly responsible for wallet business. As eSewa wallet is our USP in digital remittance, the dedicated personnel shall require devoting an exclusive effort for building momentum on both partner side as well as customer end.

2. Management Trainee – Research and Development
Management Trainee in the Research and Development department will oversee research on money business services, industry trends, and new product development while monitoring regulatory policies and payment industry advancements. He/she will coordinate with various departments to prepare comprehensive reports and explore global digital remittance opportunities.

Job Description
- Oversee the research on money business service (MBS), industry trend, evaluation, and initial development of new products or services. Plans and participates in research projects.
- Regular research and monitor the development in payment industry and regulator policy (NRB).
- Assist the project department in project management providing the research resources.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for R&D projects and findings.
- Explore EMT to reach globally through digital remittance service and engaged in networking local and International prospective partners.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to remittance processes, customer behavior, and financial performance.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
