Excel Development Bank Limited Job Vacancy Announcement:For the following Job positions at its various current/upcoming Branches, Excel Development Bank Ltd., a reputable Province Level Development Bank with its Head Office at Birtamode, Jhapa is seeking applications from committed, result-oriented, self-motivated, competent, and hardworking Nepalese citizens.

Important Date

1. Position: Branch Manager (Senior Assistant to Junior Officer)

• Required Number: Few
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management from a recognized University.
• Minimum Experience: At least five year of experience in Banks and Financial Institutions & within this period one year in the BM.

2. Position: Relationship Manager (Assistant)

• Required Number: Few
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.50.
• Minimum Experience: At least three year of experience in Banks and Financial Institutions & within this period one year in the Credit related jobs/ department.

3. Position: Trainee Assistant

• Required Number: Few
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.50.
• Minimum Experience: Fresher can apply.

Criteria: 

1. Minimum Age – Fresher Candidates applying for the position as mentioned in Serial No. A, C should not exceed 28 years as on last date to apply of this vacancy. 

3. Additional Information:  

• Candidates for the post of Branch Managers (S. No. A) are required to have good marketing and product intelligence skills as well as the ability to develop our marketing plans, strategies, and budgets and assure their successful implementation. Additionally, the candidates should be able to coach, develop, and groom team members as well as inspire the group to achieve more. He or she must be able to guide the Branch in reaching the desired result while improving the client experience. They also need to be well-versed in credit and branch operations with CASA Deposit and Risk Asset Marketing. The candidate should be able to oversee the branch’s overall operations and financial success, and they should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the potential to create rapport with all stakeholders.
• Relationship Manager applicants must have past experience working in the corporate/SME credit industry. Strong will power, a can-do attitude, and a strong sales spirit are expected of the candidates, who will also be in charge of managing and establishing solid business relationships.
• Only a Plus Two or an equivalent degree will be accepted from deserving internal applicants for the post listed in Serial NO. C. An appropriate local candidate or a candidate from the branches’ surroundings will be the given preference.
• Vacancy for the position as mentioned in Serial No. C, is required for the following branches-
