Post: Field Coordinator
Number: One (Muslim community male only)
Work Areas: Palhinandan Rural Municipality wards 1, 2, 3 & 4
Office Location: Sunwal-1, Shanti Tol
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Minimum qualification of Intermediate (Class 12) and at least 2 years of experience in social development.
- Knowledge and experience in local government and community development.
- Experience in construction, maintenance, and development work.
- Experience in community dialogue, social harmony, conflict management, and religious tolerance.
- Skills in program management, planning, and implementation with necessary knowledge of the local context.
- Experience in health, sanitation, nutrition, and gender equality programs.
- Knowledge and experience in local issues and cultural sensitivity.
- Capability to facilitate community participation and local leadership.
- Skills in communication, cooperation, and partnership development.
- Writing and reporting skills in Nepali.
- Knowledge of social inclusion, and understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized and minority communities.
