Job Post: Finance & Accounts Manager

• Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur

Qualifications/ Skills

A Masters’ Degree (MBA) in finance or related field with 8+ years’ experiences in Finance/Accounting-Real Estate along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for real estate development projects. Analyze financial data, evaluate project profitability, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop project budgets, track expenses, and monitor costs throughout the development process. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor and manage cash flows, including receivables, payables, and project funding. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adequate liquidity for ongoing operations and project financing needs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate audits and filings.
