Flip Nepal Resorts Job Vacancy for General Manager
Location: Kaskikot, Pokhara Metropolitan City, Kaski Nepal
Position: General Manager
Flip Nepal Resorts is about to launch the resort in Kaskikot, a premier destination in Pokhara and is seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the pre-opening of hospital business.
- Proven experience in top managerial positions with four and five-star hotels with international brand and have experience working for over 15 years.
- Substantial experience as a Chief Hotel Manager.
- Strong academic background and degree in Hospitality Management.
- Excellent knowledge of Marketing Fundamentals, Leadership, Revenue Management, Financial Statements, and Customer Service.
