Job Post: Front Office Manager (Expert)
The Front Office Manager is responsible for all aspects of Front Office operations at the hotel, maximizing revenue through outstanding guest services and Front Office Management. Provide leadership and strategic planning to Front Office in support of our service culture. maximized operations and guest satisfaction.
Responsible for managing the Hotel Front Office Team and financial to deliver an excellent guest experience. A Front Office Manager would also be required to manage between outstanding guest satisfaction standards and Revenue Generation.
Prerequisites:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly experienced hotel professional with outstanding, management skills, extensive hands-on experience in pre-opening and should be fluent in Thai and English language and available to work as the Front Office Manager.
Education:
At least Higher Secondary and excellent computer system skills.
Experience for Front Office Manager Job:
At least 10 years experience in the Thai-hospitality industry with experience in opening, managing or pre-opening hotel with clear track record, with significant luxury and international experience as at least Front Office Manager.
