Gandaki Province Transport Management Office Notice for Tender for Computer Operator (Karar Sewa)

Since the computer operator required for this office in 2081/082 must be contracted under the rule 95 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, a sealed proposal with a 15-day rate is invited from firms, organizations or companies willing to do the related work, subject to the detailed conditions. has been done

Conditions:

1. Work related to the computer related service delivery of this office will have to be done.

2. The service provider must employ 7 (seven) skilled manpower who have passed proficiency certificate level or equivalent and have at least 6 months of computer related training.

3. The appointed persons have to attend and serve at the time specified by the office.

4. Application for purchase proposal form prepared by the office along with certified copy of firm/company registration certificate (with renewal), certified copy of business registration, certified copy of value added tax registration certificate, certified copy of tax payment certificate and affixing stamp of Rs.10/- Fee Rs 1,000/- (literally one thousand rupees) bank deposit receipt must be submitted. 5. In order to provide computer related services, what monthly rate can be provided for 7 people should be clearly disclosed in numbers and letters in the proposal form provided by Behora office. If there is a difference between numbers and letters, the letter written will be recognized. But if it is found that the proposal cannot be submitted in such a way that it is less than the minimum wage set by the government of Nepal, the proposal will be rejected automatically.

6. The bond amount is Rs 90,000/- (literally 90 thousand only) Provincial Accounts Controller’s Office, Gandaki Province, Pokhara’s National Commercial Bank Ltd. 3020100202030000 of this office code no. 3370239024 should be deposited, and the complete voucher should be attached with the proposal.

7. The proposal form can be purchased from this office during office hours till the 15th day from the date of publication of the notification. Proposers must register the purchased forms in the office by 12:00 on the 16th day.

8. According to the rules, proposals that have been registered will be opened in this office at 2:00 pm on the 16th day in the presence of the proposer and other representatives, but even if the proposer or his representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the proposal. If there is a public holiday on those days, the work will be done on the next day/ office opening day at the same time.

9. All rights to approve or reject the proposal will be vested in this office.

10. Matters not mentioned in this notice will be in accordance with the prevailing law.
