Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (Subsidiary Company of Global IME Bank Limited) is the public company registered as per Company Act 2063 in 2069/11/24. After getting approval from Nepal Rastra Bank in 2070/02/01 , it has started banking business as per Banking and Financial Institution Act 2073 ( Earlier BAFIA 2063) in 10 districts (Lamjung, Manang, Mustang, Dopla, Ramechhap, Sindupalchok, Dhading, Nuwakot, Rasuwa and Gorkha) as a class “D” licensed financial Institution with effect from 2070/02/05.
