1. Position: Monitoring Officer / Internal Auditor
Category/Level: Officer
Required Number: Few
Required Educational Qualification:
- For Monitoring Officer: Passed Bachelor or equivalent examination from a recognized university and working as a branch head in a microfinance institution with at least 3 years of working experience as an open internal or passed a proficiency certificate or similar examination and having at least 5 years of working experience as an auditor branch head in a microfinance financial institution. Also, priority will be given to those who have done monitoring work.
- For Internal Auditor: Bachelor’s degree in management from a recognized university or equivalent examination and having 2 years working experience in bank and financial institution or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant having at least 1 year working experience in Audit form.
2. Position: Branch Head
Category/Level: Officer / Assistant
Required Number: Few
Required Educational Qualification:
- Official category: Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent examination and having at least 2 years of working experience in the position of supervisor or senior assistant in microfinance 2079/80.
- Assistant Category (Supervisor/Senior Assistant): Passed Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent examination from a recognized university and have at least 3 years of work experience in microfinance institutions. (Preference will be given to those working as Branch Head.)
3. Position: Assistant/ Senior Assistant/ Management Trainee/ Trainee Assistant
Category/Level: Assistant
Required Number: Few
Required Educational Qualification:
- Assistant: Junior Assistant with at least 2 years of work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions after passing a Proficiency Certificate or similar examination.
- Junior Assistant: At least GPA D+ in SEE or equivalent examination and having passed Micro Finance Trainee / Minimum 1-year working experience in Institution.
- Trainee Management Trainee: Passed at least Bachelor level in management subject.
- Assistant Trainee Assistant: At least pass in SEE with GPA D+ or equivalent.
Additional Informaiton for Global IME Laghubitta Vacancy:
Age: Officer Level: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 40 years and Assistant Category: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years. (Five years will be added to the upper age limit in case of female candidates). There is no age limit for the employees working in this disaster organization
Type of Examination: In the case of trainee assistants, there will be both written and interview and in the case of others, there will be only an interview.
