| Eligibility | Excellent in verbal and written communication with vendors and concerned Talent in Price negotiation skills with Vendors |
Job Responsibilities:
Conducting product research, sourcing new suppliers and vendors, corresponding, product & price evaluation, negotiating with National/International vendors for the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals, performing inventory inspections and re-ordering supplies and stock as necessary,
Proficient operations of various Management software tools, programs, inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately and process for refund or for insurance claims, updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock, coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner, identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment, coordinating with Banks, Transport & Logistic Companies, Customs officials/offices both within country and overseas like in India as well as Custom Agents for efficient Supply Chain Management
