Post, Grade, Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience
Post: Junior Officer (Monitoring Officer)
- Level: Authorized
- Office: Monitoring
- Required Number: 1
- Eligibility: Passed graduation level or equivalent examination in management, commerce or economics from a recognized educational institution / board.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in microfinance including 13 years of working experience as Branch Head / Monitoring Officer in Microfinance.
Post: Supervisor (Trainee)

- Minimum Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Management, Commerce or Economics from a recognized Educational Institution / Board Level or equivalent examination passed.

- Type of Exam: Interview / Field Concept.
- Age Limit: Must have completed 21 years and not exceed 35 years on the last date of submission of application. But in the case of female candidates, the upper age limit has been increased by 5 years. 4. Special preference will be given to those candidates who have a motorcycle / C license, Result Oriented and prefer to work with underprivileged groups in Himalayan and rural areas.
