Minimum Educational Qualification:
(a) For the post of Health Assistant (Assistant Fifth): Must have passed HA course from a recognized educational institution, registered with Nepal Health Professional Council and renewed if expired.
(b) For the post of AHW (Assistant 4th): Must have passed AHW course from a recognized educational institution, registered with Nepal Health Professional Council and renewed if expired.
(c) For ANM (Assistant 4th) post: Must have passed ANM course from a recognized educational institution, registered with Nepal Health Professional Council and renewed if expired.
Age: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years by the last date of application (not exceeding 40 years in case of women).
How to apply for:
The prescribed fee along with the above mentioned documents should be deposited in Global IME Bank (Account No. 24804010000010) Internal Rajch Account in Barpak Sulikot Rural Municipality, Gorkha and its voucher should be attached/ pay in cash to this office and submit the cash receipt to the Administration Branch or Email of Barpak Sulikot Rural Municipality must be submitted along with the voucher.
