Hamro Abhiyan, Parsa (HA) is a national, not-for-profit Humanitarian development and non-governmental organization that has been working since 2018. It is dedicated to working strategically to contribute to the overall development of disadvantaged groups, with a special focus on Youth, women, girls, and other marginalized and disadvantaged groups.
Hamro Abhiyan is currently implementing the “Enhancing Youth, Women, and Marginalized Communities through Media Fellowship” from April 2023 and “Improving Marginalized Community’s Inclusion in Local Health Governance Structure” from September 2024, funded by the USAID Civil Society and Media (USAID CSM) program with The Asia Foundation as the lead implementer. HA, Parsa hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:
Job Vacancy Details
A. Program Co-Ordinator -1 (One) (70% Field and 30% Office)
This position is responsible for the project’s overall program and financial management.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in sociology, development studies, public health, governance, and related fields, with at least 5 years of work experience in project management, monitoring, report writing, financial management, and team management.

B. Admin and Finance Officer– 1 (One) (60% Field and 40% Office)
This position is responsible for the projects’ finance, office administration, and procurement management.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or financial management, having a minimum of 2 years of work experience in financial and administration management in I/NGO.

C. Social Mobilizer– 2 (Two) (90% Field and 10% Office)
This position is only open for the locals of Parsagadhi municipality, Parsa, and Mahagadhimai municipality, Bara.
This position will engage with local communities to raise awareness, mobilize resources, and promote participation in development programs. The individual will work closely with community members, stakeholders, local government, and organizations to facilitate social change and improve welfare.
- Qualification: Intermediate-level degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
