Qualifications | Skills:
- 4-5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and organization
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning, supplies, linen and guest amenities
- Coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishments
- Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Maintain records of daily cleaning activities and staff attendance
- Prepare housekeeping reports and submit them to management
