1. Junior HR Officer

  • No. of Requirement: 1
  • Location: Simara, Bara
  • Experience: At least 1 Year in Relevant Field
  • Education: At Least bachelor’s degree in management

Position Overview:

Jr. HR Officer is responsible for monitoring, recording, and managing employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave records. In addition, this position plays crucial part in ensuring accurate attendance data, enforcing attendance policies, and supporting payroll processing.

Major Job Description:
  • Maintain and update daily attendance records for all factory employees
  • Update working shifts of employees in coordination with plant supervisors
  • Monitor biometric attendance tracking systems to ensure accurate data
  • Generate and share absenteeism report of employees to respective departmental heads on daily basis and follow up for closing it
  • Reconcile attendance and provide accurate attendance data to the payroll team for salary calculations
  • Ensure attendance practices comply with Attendance SOP
  • Communicate attendance policies and address employee queries regarding attendance or leaves
  • Other duties as assigned by Factory HR Head.

2. HR Officer

  • No. of Requirement: 1
  • Location: Simara, Bara
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 Years in Relevant Field.
  • Education: BBS/BBA/MBS/MBA

Position Overview

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of employee management for outsourced staff. Duties include keeping employee’s records, payroll processing of outsourced employees, compliance with labor laws, and ensuring smooth communication between the client company and outsourced employees.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Attendance and leave management of outsourced employees.
  • Daily shifts management of workers as provided by contractor’s supervisor.
  • Payroll processing through HRMS of all daily wages’ workers
  • Ensuring that outsourcing agreements are renewed on time
  • Conducting Semi-annual audit of contractor/labor supplier
  • Implementation of contractor’s attendance & leave management SOP
  • Verification of OT and working hours of contractual employees.
  • Conducting Nimble/SSF/CIT other informative training for factory employees quarterly in consultation with Factory HR Head
  • Organizing Training as per training Calendar
  • Various report preparation and submission as requested
