Human Practice Foundation (HPF) Vacancy 2023 for Account & Data Officer

Human Practice Foundation (HPF) a Danish INGO has been working in Nepal since 2017. HPF aims to improve the quality of education, health and livelihoods of the rural people of Nepal. HPF is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for the following positions;

Position: Account and Data Officer

Some major points for job description are as below:

• Administrative
  • a. Overall responsible for supporting the other staff.
  • b. Maintain organized filing and record keeping.
  • c. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings with RM and other stakeholders.
  • d. Assisting in preparing reports.
  • e. Report keeping of financial transactions.
  • f. Guiding SMC’s with the required compliance.

• Finance
  • Assist with financial transactions, including progressing invoices, expenses claims and reimbursement requests.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reconcile financial records.
  • Supporting school management community (SMC’s) for preparation of financial reports.
  • Collection of financial documents from SMC’s.
  • Monitoring of finance supported by HPF for SMC’s.
  • Checking of compliance with HPF.

• Social Bobilization:
  • Collection of data from schools.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and community events.
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and data collection.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in management with sound knowledge of financial, management, accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Previous experience in a related field will add advantages.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive and learning attitude.
